The London Symphony Orchestra performs over 120 concerts a year and was named by Gramophone as one of the top five orchestras in the world. The London Symphony Orchestra is London's longest established orchestra. Located in the Barbican Centre since 1982, their festivals have become a central feature of London's cultural life.

The London Symphony Orchestra commissioned an animated iPad drawing for display as part of a concert . The drawing animation was choreographed to commence and conclude with the orchestral music.
