This month I was invited to host a number of talks and workshops at Ibstock. During one talk I asked the students for their names, emphasising that this was optional. We started off at the back row (always a good place to start) and each student gave their name. Towards the front of the class a young boy responded ‘my name is anonymous!’ Clever! Just one of the reasons I enjoy taking part in contemporary art education. His iPad drawings were good too.
